How long does it take to get ExpertOS live for my business?
Once we’ve approved your application and we both agree it’s a good fit, we book your onboarding call within a few days. From there, it typically takes 7–10 business days to plug in your existing assets, build out your ExpertOS backend, and get your core funnel + tracking live. You will start to see consistent booked calls show up on your calendar from this new core funnel within 90 days of ads launching.
How soon will I start seeing more booked calls?
Most clients begin seeing an uptick in qualified calls within the first 2–4 weeks once traffic is flowing to the funnel (paid and/or organic). Your exact timeframe depends on your current audience size, ad budget, and offer—but our goal is to make ExpertOS your most reliable source of booked calls as quickly as possible.
What do I need in place before we start?
ExpertOS is built for established coaches who already:
- Have a proven offer (typically $3k+ programs)
- Have closed clients before (even if inconsistently)
- Are willing to take sales calls or have a closer who can

Do you help with ads and traffic, or just the backend tech?
Both. ExpertOS has two parts:
- The Operating System – your CRM, pipelines, automations, calendars, payments, and dashboards.
- The Lead Engine – the funnel + traffic strategy that sends qualified prospects into that system.
We help you get both parts live so you’re not stuck with a beautiful backend and no leads (or leads with no backend to catch them).
Do I have to move everything into Go HighLevel?
Yes.
ExpertOS is built on top of Go HighLevel, and in order for us to confidently guarantee results, we need your client acquisition system running inside that environment.
What that means in practice:
- We set up a dedicated HighLevel account for you as the “engine” of ExpertOS
- We plug in what’s already working (your existing funnels, offers, lists, etc.)
- We integrate tools you want to keep using (Stripe, Zoom, your current calendar, etc.)
You’re not starting from scratch—you’re centralizing everything into one operating system so we can track, optimize, and scale it.
I’m not tech-savvy. Will I actually be able to use this?
Yes. You don’t need to be “techy” to use ExpertOS. We handle the heavy lifting on the build, then give you:
- A simple dashboard that shows you the numbers that matter
- Clear daily/weekly actions (who to follow up with, which leads are hot, etc.)
- Loom trainings so you and your team can reference everything anytime
If you can check email and a calendar, you can run ExpertOS.
Is this a course or done-for-you service?
ExpertOS is primarily done-for-you with done-with-you strategy.
You’re not buying another course that sits in a login. You’re partnering with us to build and launch a client acquisition system tailored to your business, then meeting regularly to review the numbers and make smart decisions.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Once ExpertOS is live and traffic is flowing, we guarantee that we will help you generate at least 20 qualified sales calls per month…

A “qualified call” means someone who:
- Fits the basic criteria we agree on together
- Has raised their hand (opted in / applied / booked)
There are a few simple requirements on your side—like maintaining the agreed traffic/ad spend and responding to leads in a timely manner—which we’ll walk through on your application call so everything is clear and in writing.
How Long Does It Take to Get This Up and Running for My Spa?
Once we have determined the program is a good fit for you and we're 100% confident we can achieve your goals, we'll get you scheduled in for an onboarding call the next 1-2 days. From there, the set-up process takes about 4-5 business days until your campaign is live!
How Long After the Campaign is Live Do I Start Seeing Results?
We start adding the first few new clients to your schedule within the first week of the campaign going live. In the event that a little extra optimization is required, within the first 2 weeks. Results will continue to compound from there!
What Exactly is a Pre-Paid Appointment?
When we guarantee pre-paid appointments, we're referring to new clients that have left a non-refundable deposit towards their total appointment value to secure the day/time that has been booked. We will recommend that the non-refundable deposit be at least $50 - $100. This deposit is collected through your existing scheduling software, or, if unavailable, through a system that we'll create for you so it is deposited directly in your account.
How Does Your Guarantee Work?
Our guarantee is bold - a minimum of 60 pre-paid clients or 3X your investment within our first 90 days together, or we work an additional month for free to ensure your success.
What is considered a pre-paid client is the following:
- We educated them on your treatment/service
- We identified the area of concern
- We set proper expectations to ensure understanding that treatments are not a 1-and-done; maintenance and commitment are required for best results
- We collected an up-front, non-refundable deposit used to secure the appointment
- The new client file was created and added directly into your existing scheduling software
Only once all of this has taken place, is it added directly into the schedule with the assigned provider. The only thing left for you to do is ensure you (or your provider) is there for the appointment to get the client on your treatment plans!
